Friday 7th August

Let’s set the scene for the weekend with this opening Welcome Session where we’ll share the objectives of the MBA Leadership Weekend and what you can expect.

Welcome Session (late afternoon) – 45 mins

Time to ‘break the ice’ with a Pyjama party & Trivia Night over dinner/drinks/nibbles (depending on where you are in the region) and enjoy the benefit of doing this event online and from the comfort of home.

Relaxed Pyjama Party & Trivia Night – 1 hour

Saturday 8th August

Now it’s time to get down to business with some key training, learning & embracing an opportunity for growth.

Session 1 (morning) – 2.5 hours
Session 2 (afternoon) – 1 hour
Session 3 (afternoon) – 1.5 hours

Time to get dressed up as we have some fun & celebrate with some recognition. Black & White is the theme of the night.

Sunday 9th August

Today we bring the event to close with more training, valuable resources and sharing what’s to come as we move forward for the remainder of 2020 & into 2021.

Last year’s MBA has had a huge impact on me. So much so Phil is attending this year.

It was important to get a fresh outlook and renewal to move forward. All facets were well presented, such as personal development, fresh mechanisms such as social media to increase growth, team participation and fun. It was worth the investment and right now endeavor to apply these daily. Again I thank you all at Corporate. Meanwhile will continue to encourage this team to qualify and attend.

I loved the event and everything that was discussed. I loved the brainstorming ideas doing as a whole and in groups. We all have different ways of doing things but when we put our heads together we can come up with things that we never thought before.
